DUTIES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT

Our department, using the appropriations in the central management budget law, to carry out the procurement of the materials and services needed by the Rectorate, Faculty, School and Other Centers and Departments, Administrative and Academic Staff Salary transactions of the Rectorate units and other units, YÖK Scholarship Payments, ÖYP transactions, Our University The processes related to the evaluation, acceptance, support of scientific research project proposals managed by faculty members and researchers who have completed their doctorate, specialty in medicine or proficiency in art, execution of services related to them, monitoring, evaluation of results, announcement to the public, and purchases within this scope, supplementary courses, domestic To carry out permanent assignment travel, domestic and international temporary assignments, housing allocation, preparing the annual membership fee of EUA (European Universities Association), jury fee payments, movable registration transactions and immovable property belonging to our University. It is also in charge of leasing the vehicles and selling the scrapped vehicles.

About us

The Administrative and Financial Affairs Department was established with the Statutory Decree No. 190 by merging the Comprotorship Department and the Support Services Department, which were included in the Statutory Decree No. 124.

Our department, which has been working since the establishment of our university, continues its activities as Purchasing, Salary, Personnel, Traveling, Movable Transactions, Leasing and Scientific Research Projects.

The main duty of our Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs is to ensure that the existing resources such as human and money and materials are used in the most appropriate and efficient way in order to carry out services and activities in an economical and effective manner.
