About Us

The Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs was established by the Decree of the Law no. 190 by the merging of the Department of Computing and the Support Services Department included in the Decree Law No. 124.

    Our Presidency, which has been working since the establishment of our University, continues its activities as Purchasing, Salary, Personality, Travel Allowance, Movable Operations, Leasing and Scientific Research Projects.

     The main task of our Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs provides the most appropriate and efficient use of available resources, such as human and money materials, to perform its services and activities economically and effectively.

Our aim;

    To ensure the efficient, efficient and transparent use of the resources of our university and to strengthen the technological infrastructure, to create opportunities to increase the participation and motivation of the employees' knowledge and skills in team consciousness.
